How To Sell *LOTS* Of Digital Downloads In Your Local Area

!±8± How To Sell *LOTS* Of Digital Downloads In Your Local Area

This is more of a tip than an article, whereby, I want to show you how you can begin experiencing tremendous digital download sales in your own local area in only a week or less.

And, implementing this tip will greatly influence your own local radio stations, whether college, non commercial or commercial, to begin requesting your CD and giving you radio airplay.

And, wouldn't it be great to finally get some local support while eliminating the old "can't buy no love in my home town" scenario?

I'm glad you agree, so here goes...

1. The first thing that *MUST* occur is that you must ALREADY have your music on iTunes, the digital download music site at (iTunes) and similar download music sites. None of the rest of this tip will work if you do not already have your music on iTunes.

If you try this process without your music already at iTunes, you are going to lose big with digital music sales as well as upset potential music buyers who attempt to buy your music at the site only to discover that it is not there and will not likely return.

And, it currently takes approximately sixty (60) days for music to become active on iTunes after submitting it. But, you need your music on iTunes (and similar sites) in order to begin getting paid *immediately* after the following process begins.

2. So, assuming your music is already on iTunes (you are blessed if it is), make a list of local dance nightclubs where there are live deejays that play your style of music in their nightly playlists. While this information is not applicable to Jazz, Classical or similar genres because of their "live performance" natures, this tip will work extremely well for the genres of; Country, Rock, Hip Hop, Rap, Electronic, Dance, and similar genres of music where deejays appear nightly.

3. Next, contact local nightclubs to get the contact info for their deejays. If nightclubs are unwilling to give you their deejays' contact information, the next alternative is for you to personally visit the nightclubs during their hours of business and speak directly with the deejays.

Note: To save both a trip to nightclubs and a CD that can be used for sale, when contacting deejays by phone, inquire if you may email them an MP3 file that they can burn to CD themselves. Some are likely to accept the MP3, however, most will probably want to receive the CD. However, it doesn't hurt to try to save on product, time and money by offering the MP3 file.

4. Either way, you want to get your music in the hands of the deejays for them to play the single that you are promoting. That is your main goal and, opposed to radio deejays who may play politics with you in getting airplay, nightclub deejays will welcome the chance to get a new CD and give it a try to see how his or her audience will react to it.

Note: Keep in mind that your song must be very dance floor oriented/dance-able or it must be a very strong ballad. Don't simply suggest a mediocre song from your recording. If necessary, have several friends listen to your CD to get their opinion on which song you should select to present to the nightclub deejays. An uptempo tune is usually your better bet.

5. After making your selection and presenting it to the deejays, this is the general and wonderful scenario that is likely to occur for you.

A. If your song is a literal 'mover and shaker' on the dance floor the night the deejay introduces it to his crowd, people are not likely willing to wait until record stores open the next day in order to get your music. And, most are certainly not patient enough to wait until they receive it three days later in the mail. This is because, in both cases, they are likely aware of http://www.iTunes.com since it has approximately 70% of the music market share for digital download sales.

B. What people are going to do, is get your name from the deejay, then go to iTunes online once they return home in order to buy your digital download. In fact, the first night that the deejays play your music, you will likely experience download sales.

6. As local radio station music directors, program directors and radio deejays also tend to stay in touch with local nightclub deejays to learn what people are responding to on the dance floor, nightclub deejays will probably introduce you and your song to their radio deejay counterparts, thus, starting a buzz about you and your music at the local radio level, which will then cause local radio personnel to begin seeking you out for your music for airplay consideration on their stations.

7. Also, some of the nightclub disk jockeys in your area are also likely to have specialty/mix shows on your local radio stations. They will then bring your music on their show and introduce it to their listening audiences who may have not gone to any of the local clubs where your music is playing. This now gives you a dual local audience for your music.

8. Now, at both the nightclubs and radio stations, your listeners are likely to start making multiple requests for your music, which is an absolute wonderful thing to happen, particularly, locally. Also, the radio deejays are likely to introduce your music to their music directors and program directors.

The great thing is, this local promotion costs you very little to implement and maintain while having the potential to create some incredible digital download sales and profits on your local level, which should also increase your gigs in your local area as well.

Wow! It looks like this "tip" became an article after all

Samsung BD-P1400 Reviews of the Multi-Region Blu-Ray Disc Player Version

!±8± Samsung BD-P1400 Reviews of the Multi-Region Blu-Ray Disc Player Version

Region Code Areas

The multi-region version plays all REGION A and B Blu-Ray Disc on any TV with HDMI input.

A/1North America, Central America, South America, Japan, Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

B/2Europe, Greenland, French territories, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, and all of Oceania.

C/3India, Bangladesh, Nepal, China, Pakistan, Russia, Central and South Asia.

Reviews of BLU-RAYBD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player (there are no differences in the basic specifications for the
A version of the region and region A and B version of multi-region, so that all grants are available for both versions.):

There is good: Excellent image quality on Blu-ray, great soundtrack support with onboard decoding of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD High Resolution and bitstream output for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, relatively low price for other standalone Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player overs; Ethernet port for firmware upgrade.
MDOJ,

My BD-P1400 has arrived late last night! The firmware was updated last night via the Internet to download and burn a CD. First impressions:

Video - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Audio - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FYI: There is no difference in picture quality or sound, or any other kind of difference, in the USA Region A version of the multi-regionRegion A and B version of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc.

I tried a normal DVD and BRD so far and am very satisfied. Load
The times are very acceptable. No negatives from me on this unit so far. Will
Report later when I get some of BRD seems problematic.

The Samsung BD-P1400 is a classic style. The front of the car is all shiny black, with a thin strip of silver on the bottom.

Got my Samsung BD-P1400 last night and boy have beenexcited! Before this review, I would say this is the first and only Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray, which I had and could not do some comparisons you are looking for is to start. If I do not, let me know! I would also say that they are not on the latest firmware, but as my modem can not be updated in near a television.

Image

Excellent, duh ...... inky blacks, great contrast, detail, everything you expect from Blue

Design: Beautiful looking BD-P1400 Blu-RayDisc, better yet, I think. Face is very open, not cluttered, and the rocks gloss piano. Good remote control.
Loading times wonderful. I have 5 movies so far, and all loaded in approx. 15 seconds. Then there was the new F4 Silver Surfer .... This is a BD + titles from Fox and many complain of their time to recharge. The BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player gave me no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible. Let me say once again that thisout of the box, no firmware update yet!

FYI: There is no difference in picture quality or sound, or any other kind of difference, in the USA Region A version of the Multi-region version A and B of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc.
Sound

I have not played with the sound a lot when I was not even my Onkyo TX-SR705. I noticed that there is an option to set up your speakers from small to large 5.1-in analog outs. There are other threads and human relationsalways full DTS-MA bitstream from the BD-P1400 Blu-ray discs (after firmware upgrade) in other threads and forums. I am always eager to try this!

More

The rest of the stuff is pretty standard. 128x max forward position in the same unit again after the film out, pretty good response time of remote keys, etc.

All in all, this is a dynamite BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc. With the firmware update, is this guy doing something thata Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc can expect Player now!

In addition to Blu-ray discs allows the Samsung BD-P1400 plays DVDs and CDs in standard definition.

FYI: There is no difference in picture quality or sound, or any other kind of difference, in the USA Region A version of the Multi-region version A and B of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc.

The BD-P1400 PBD-high-resolution soundtrack support is excellent. It has onboard decoding for Dolby Digital Plus,Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD High Resolution, which means it can produce these soundtracks either in PCM format via the HDMI or analog outputs. For receivers, the BD-P1400 also offers bitstream output for high-resolution soundtracks. So if you have a receiver with a recent board Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, you can use the audio output on BD-P1400 HDMI in encoded bitstream format - just let your receiver does not decode, but the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray DiscPlayer.

There should be absolutely no difference in sound quality if the receiver is decoding or BD-P1400 Blu-ray decode, but some AV fans love it, the "Dolby TrueHD" light on their new receiver. If you have a code reader to freely convert DVD for $ 79.95 and must Planet Omni, which has come with two guarantees. So far I am very satisfied with this purchase. I was not sure if the right deal because of the negative reviews I've read, but boughtin any case.

I really do not know why people get upset when it only takes two minutes to play. I've rented several times, with Blu-Ray from Netflix with no problems. I'm still waiting for free on eight films.

Connectivity is also solid. There's an HDMI port with which both 1080p video and audio signals in high resolution.

For analog high-definition video, there is a component video output (limited to 1080i), and there is an S-video output and aOutput composite standard-def output. (Like all BD-P1400 Blu-ray, there is no way of upscaling DVD component video). On the audio side we have the HDMI output of the above, along with 5.1 channel analog outputs, two optical and coaxial digital outputs and analog stereo audio outputs.

Rounding out the connectivity is an Ethernet port, which allows you to upgrade the firmware from the Internet - a feature that is common to HD DVD player, but veryrare in Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc.

FYI: There is no difference in picture quality or sound, or any other kind of difference, in the USA Region A version of the Multi-region version A and B of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc.

The BD-P1400 did a good job with the opening credits of Star Trek: Insurrection, demonstrating its ability to pull down 2:03. Next up was Seabiscuit, and the BD-P1400 did a solid job, with the introduction difficult, with little or nojaggies on the black-white photos.

MDOJ,

Just a quick update on the Sammy BD-P1400. I rented from Netflix a few have enjoyed the BR and BD-P1400 - and you? All the techno-mumbo-jumbo aside, for me, this is a great BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc.

I hope that the head guys in charge of this forum is an adhesive to make the BD-P1400 Samsung - Note - Note! watch movies at home here ... not save.

The Samsung is a really goodUnits for the price. The multi-region version from Planet Omni only $ 849.95, and considering that the double motherboard specially imported, a fortune and hard work is a real big deal, IMHO costs need.

I had my device loaded directly plug in my modem with an Ethernet cable (for Samsung directions in the manual) and the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray disc, find the new firmware and burn it without the need of me on the hard drives of Computer ... etc.Very cool.

The Samsung has a great picture and I can update with the current DTS-HD Master Audio (Sony can not be said that twice the price!) To listen.

Think with the pace at which technology moves the self, it is very difficult for a manufacturer to produce these units, market reach and are very "present" with the technology of the new disc, (changed daily), but Samsung has provided me with a device, I just turned in my modem and get an update when youhave at their disposal. I think it's incredible.

A little 'patience and understanding can go a long way. After all ... It was not long ago that if you purchased an electronic component, you could not upgrade at all. I am sure that Samsung have an update soon. I have never in all the hard drives I could run and play as of yet.

Since I have never seen a 1200 in action, can not help you - but the BD-P1400 PQ is excellent, but that's what Blu is - right?

I have tried several BDfrom Netflix and a few standard-def DVDs. All were great. As for the handshake problem, I'm not really sure what it is .... and from the game, then what ... Why do you want to make a movie anyway?

Large BD-P1400 Blu-Ray, I could not be happier I have the new BD-P1400 last week. returned the 1200 to do so. (Plus had 100 price difference in my favor. PROS = is the image quality is by far the best I've seen, even better than my Panny.

The controls areeasy configuration and exactly the same thing. I do not like, the signal is lost at the beginning of the discs.
AUDIO = I am not in a position of my Onkyo audio features, a few years ago. I did it with an optical digital cable setup, the sound is very good, except for the POPS I get from time to time.

As for the BD potch have about 2 minutes, had no problems, and multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, in other BD movies. I noticedthat after the break and hit me in the game is going to hit, the movie would play for a minute and then stop. I had to play, has struck again. A big problem.

Used the ethernet port for downloading new firmware you can not tell the difference. I'm sorry, are not technical, but control is my blue collar. No ?????? s I will answer as best I can

I just Casino Royale - spectacular!

I have a Playstation 3, which has great image quality for both Blu-Ray and upscaling of standard DVDsSince a software upgrade. We use this for our HD TV in the living room. I need another BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc for a second HDTV, we just had hung in our room.

I waited BD-P1400 will be available, because I've already committed to Blu-Ray and wanted the latest technology available. I can not say enough about the quality of sound that offers the BD-P1400 Blu-ray disc is amazing. The picture quality is excellent and the par with the Playstation 3 II'm seriously considering buying a second BD-P1400 to our series because of the excellent sound. Large BD-P1400 Blu-ray disc, especially for the price.

By far the best Blu-ray I've ever tried. Cartoons never see, but now I spend much time watching with my kids.

This is a great Blue Ray BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc. DTS HD MA bitstream at the end. I have this product for about two months in possession and I'm thrilled with it, is really a good deal. I only use my Blu RayPlay BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc for Blu Ray because the sound on a Samsung 5-Disc Receiver is directed. The picture quality is amazing. I own four Blu Ray (which I bought from Amazon for $ 14.99 per piece), the game is all beautiful, no problems, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, and a crystal clear picture.

I bought this BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc in December. I hooked with a HDMI cable to a Sony receiver. The Cable BoxComcast is also connected to the receiver. The receiver is a 42-inch Panasonic Plasma 1080P connected. Three HDMI cable, it is.

He perfectly from the start with all Blu-Ray we have tried worked. We get about a week from Netflix. Can I play the third Pirates of the Caribbean Not sure why other critics do not.

The picture quality is stunning, with the Planet Earth. I think I can usually deduct the Panasonic TV.

I have version 1.2 firmwareUpdate in December. I just got the 1.5 firmware update version 5 last February. I downloaded both and create the CD ISO.

For me it's work quickly. So, just wait until his second, so what? Get the DVD while you wait.

Most of the computer to start now require a few minutes. I guess there will never be better, worse, might be slower over time, as these are essentially computers, technology advances and more of these machines and the loadhigh

After I downloaded the firmware update, I checked my settings and I noticed that had been written off. If you have a digital receiver, make sure that the audio bit rate "and is not adjusted PCM, if you want surround sound.

I had no problem, and multi-region version from Planet Omni will be a game even more incredible, no DVDs or CDs regularly. So, if it becomes obsolete, it has replaced my other DVD BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc and improve the quality of regular DVDsput with my other older Samsung 720P.

I do not want to buy someone, why delay the format war. At the time of purchase, and now, so it is obsolete and a shot at the end. At least, while you can enjoy, life is too short. At today's prices, what the hell, it's cheap to buy now before the dollar becomes worthless! You can get an entire home theater system 1080p HDMI-based system with speakers for less than $[...] hours. Thanks China! I have my HDMI cablefrom Planet Omni, $ 19.95 for 2 meters in length, image and sound great!

Before I joined this, I updated the firmware via the Ethernet port. Once that was done I have no problem, and multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, installed with the BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc. I was wondering whether to buy or not through some of the negative reviews, but the deal was too good to be for a stand-alone. Those of you who have had problems with the BD-P1400Blu-ray Disc have every right to complain, here's what those costs are.

However, (not BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc Player 2.0 yet), people complain that it is not 1.1 or 2.0 should cease. Nowhere in the description in there is the BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc to be in 1.1. If you want to inform people that are there and updates the BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc player is not able to benefit from going ahead of you, but to say that is horrible and useless, becauseHis 1.0 is misleading. I have a feeling that many people just want the film and rarely use the features of 1.1 (as the picture in picture commentary).

When you yourself, the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc is perfect. If you need a 1.1 BD-P1400 Blu-Ray disks, get the Panasonic. For me it works well for the coming years, while the Blu-ray gets its act together and closes an emerging product. I hope those of you have had, may have problemsreleased and can now use the BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc player like me.

I have no problem, and multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, the Samsung BD-P1400-PBD. I put it in, connected to the Internet and started the firmware update utility. After about 20 minutes, the firmware update successfully and I played my first movie with no problems. Every film I've played since has been playing without problems. You can also update the firmwareBurn a CD or if you do not have Internet access, Samsung will be sent to you.

This product works best on Blu-ray, even non-European music in DVD format and on CD-ROM. I have not found a problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible for him. He also does a superior job to clearly show DVDs on my 40 "TV, where would my current DVD BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc only ask to take part of the screen.

A touch of intelligence is undocumented andlook for the right TV input selector, when a disc is inserted. It can be useful if the TV and Samsung.
I have this on Nov.30, 2007, and despite what other critics have said, the BD-P1400 is to start again where you left off. Everything else looks and works great.

I am editing this review to March 13, 2008, to satisfy my experience with the machine. It seems to me, is because a DVD resume where it left off, as the DVD has been produced, NOT on the BD-P1400 Blu-RayDisc Player. Some DVDs like "Lost, Season 3", do not even have a chapter / scene-makers themselves, let alone the opportunity to start again after a stop.

Some DVDs like "3:10 to Yuma," is actually a separate system for marking where to stop, or if you want to be able to return, but still requires a start from scratch. But not to start some new DVD, which he stopped.

My main complaint with Blu-Ray (not necessarily with the BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc in particular) is that it takesALWAYS leave for a DVD, then when you play a DVD, they have done, which is interrupted is restarted, go through the painfully long start-up again.

I learned not to pause a DVD, which caused us to turn off the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray disc after a few minutes. Instead, I think it's about 1 / 8 speed, then when I get back, I can easily return to where I was - much faster than a reboot.

If there is a better RB BD-P1400 Blu-ray Disc, also close to this priceArea, I have not heard of. Now that HD DVD is dead, I hope that DVD Maker is your attention focused on the production of DVD BR job easier and faster.

This is a great player. The only problem is to update the firmware. I used to burn CD-R/RW method ... . Burning fast and easy *. ISO image with Nero Burning ROM. The instructions are in support [...]/. I have both HD DVD and Blu-ray. for Blu-ray is better. HD DVD seems upconverted. Read the instructions carefully, that the newBlu-ray "Live Free or Die Hard," contains a note that you know, the software update may be required.

Finally, remember that it is HDMI 1.3 compatible ... so in order to use 1.3 features, you need a cable-TV and the HDMI 1.3 compliant .... the image is large. Buy BD-P1400 Blu-Ray disk and a software update immediately.

I see that there are still many complaints about various Blu-ray and HD-DVD player BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player s does not work, as people hope. Ican say that with this model I have had absolutely zero issues.

I am sure some people will write that it doesn't load this or doesn't do that, but it hasn't affected me. I have not found a single disc that has not played perfectly. What people have to remember is that in this day and age everything is like a computer, you may have to update, it is part of life now, get over it.

Will the manufacturers eventually get this flawless, probably so but in the mean time I will be enjoying my movies now. If you are an early adopter like I am on technology then any issues you might run into will be no big deal. The BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player is easy to setup, easy to play and loads reasonably fast. Glad I bought it and already thinking about a second one for different room.

Complete satisfaction with this product. Greatly enhances my regular dvd's. I was really surprised about this claim, but the Samsung does as advertised. The blu-ray disc audio is very good. Can't wait until hooking this up with my new surround system.

This product is money well spent for the viewing pleasure it gives. I highly recommend this product.

For its price this is a steal. The audio and video quality here is great, the quality and selection of Blu-ray is top notch and you can be fairly confident you'll be getting blu-ray format movies made for you for years to come. One of the better options for a dedicated BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player if you're not interested in the PS3.

Before deciding to purchase my Samsung BD-P1400 I studied many of these customer reviews and they were very useful. I also read a dedicated AV Science forum online concerning this model BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player. First, all of the information and customer reviews highlight the endemic problem that implementation of newer Blu-Ray standards is occurring gradually. Moreover, features are evolving, meaning that we are all taking some chances when we purchase any Blu-Ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player (that is not a PS3).

I personally have no interest whatsoever in owning a game console. Second, many of these reviews describe in conscientious detail the kinds of problems that people are having, as well as whether and how the problems have been overcome. This review adds data to that second category - practical problems.

When my BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player arrived the very first thing I did was install the latest firmware downloaded from the Samsung web site. I suggest the method that uses a cd rather than a direct network connection; in either case the manuals and web site offer complete directions. Be sure to *confirm that the update was successful* by restarting the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player , re-inserting the firmware cd, and comparing the disk version to the installed version.

What problems have I had? In a month of watching Netflix discs I have had not one single hiccup, not a single blue screen, no refusals to play any of the BDs or SD-DVDs that others have had problems with - I have had *nothing but perfect performance*! True, some of the other criticisms like slower controls are inherent to the technology. But my BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player has been flawless and my expectations have been significantly exceeded. Without hesitation, I give my BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player five stars.

Pros: My favorite feature, by far, is the 24 frame per second output mode. Movies display exactly as they were intended - be that good or bad - and 'judder' in slowly-panned scenes is significantly improved compared to 30 FPS. This alone, in my opinion, warrants the relatively modest price tag. [In direct comparisons using my 50" plasma TV, the video quality of movies from the BD-P1400 at 24 FPS is clearly superior to the same discs when played through advanced computer video cards that cost the same!] I also like the features and layout of the remote control, which doubles up to control my Samsung TV. Yes, these are basic features within the realm of Blu-Ray, but they have been very capably implemented.

Cons: My only nit-pick is that I would like a set-up feature that allowed the audio and video outputs to be delayed relative to each other by a selectable increment. This would allow perfect lip-sync when using older (i.e. slower) audio decoders/receivers that are not HDMI 1.3 compliant. However, to my knowledge this feature is not offered on *any* new Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player , since the HDMI 1.3 standard incorporates an automatic synchronization feature if all the components are HDMI 1.3 compatible.

Maybe I've been lucky, but I have not had a single 'playability' issue using the latest build of the latest firmware. Based on this - 5 stars.

Let's hope that Samsung will support this model well into the future by further optimizing the operating firmware, as needed.
In brief: Outstanding picture quality---my wife and I say, even for stills, "Polaroid picture!", breathtaking.

The unit has all the requisite connections. I play it through a Yamaha av-tuner with 7.1 channels, via HDMI, but other connections are available.

There is a simple blue-ringed on-off button, and a tray open-close button; that's it on on-board controls. The remote has several levels of sophistication: It is easy to find and use the power, pause-play-rewind-fast/slow controls, those you will use 99% of the time. The remote also provides movie menu controls (e.g., language), player menu controls, and options for controlling other devices---learn to use them only if/when you need them. There was absolutely no setting up to do---plug and play! Great neuro-ergonomics, i.e., intuitive ease of use.

In over three weeks of regular usage, we have noted some glitches, but it's not clear if it is the player itself or the emerging technology. Several times, the unit went into "Stop" mode as if the button had been pushed; I had to hit "Play" to get the movie started again. Mildly distracting.

What would I also like? Perhaps controls for the av amplifier as well, although that unit has all the buttons needed for TV, player, and amp. Maybe better backlighting on all buttons. This is one heck of a deal, recommended to anyone wanting to get into blu-ray.
Good BluRay DVD. Easy to use. High definition DVD's look great but regular DVD's look better too.

No problems found yet.

the Samsung 1400 is significantly superior to the Toshiba HD-A3. The BD-P1400 supports not only TrueHD, but DTS-HD MA bitstream output over HDMI. The A3 can only extract the DTS 'core' and cannot send bitstream DTS-HD MA out. Only the HD-A35 and the XA2 can do that, but both are significantly costlier than this player. The BD-P1400 can also output full 1080p/24 video, while the A3 can only send out 1080i and does not support 24fps output.

Both are slow to load up, but the A3 is significantly slower, taking almost 2 full minutes to warm up the player and display video on your monitor/screen. The PS3 takes less than 30 seconds btw. The A3 is also very noisy, distractingly so especially because it is a high pitched noise that is hard to ignore.

Overall, the BD-P1400 is a high functioning blu-ray stand alone player, that supports lossless audio output (PCM, TrueHD, and DTS-HD MA) and 1080p/24. I would still recommend a four hundred dollar PS3 over the BD-P1400, but if you really want a standalone player, you can't go wrong with The BD-P1400.
I do not really gamers, but I have a friend who has bought one and loves it.

This is an excellent Blue Ray and I am very happy with my purchase, I recommend this player at all and the price is great.

It did not disappoint in the slightest. I have no problems playing a DVD, Blu-ray or not. I have no firmware downloads to resolve any problems. The BD-P1400 is currently working out of the box. The only thing that comes close to a scam, is thatit's slow on start-up and loading.

I am very satisfied with this player and I'm happy. All I can report is that mine works perfectly so far, and I have recommended it to many of my friends when asked for an opinion.

Works wonderfully with my new Samsung plasma... Haven't experienced any issues expressed by other reviewers. Connected with an HDMI to TV and optical audio to Home Theater... Breathtaking PQ and sound.

This Blu-Ray player is first-class. Easy setup. This is my first Hi-Def player, and I am very happy with my purchase. I did the latest firmware update per the instructions in the manual, and it has functioned flawlessly. The player has a modern, slick, glossy appearance. The sounds are incredible, and the images are too beautiful to be described. Very easy to install and use. I never knew the difference that a Blu-ray player can make in the movie watching experience. I am not an expert, just a regular mom that purchased the blu-ray player for family viewing.

I have had this player for about a month now...After updating the firmware, it has been flawless. Amazing picture, quiet unit, looks great in the entertainment rack along with my HD DVD player.

The upconversion is wonderful! Best part is I can use optical and take advantage of the new audio codecs.

I give this player 5 stars!

Not a single problem. I even have it in a tight spot with 2" clearance above top and open back with No overheating problems. None of my movies have locked up or have been unable to play. I have tried Live Free or Die Hard, all the Harry Potters, Planet Earth and others. Firmware 1.5 arrived on Jan 24th and it has seemed to fix all the problems others were having. I would definitely recommend this player to others.

I have a PS3 and a Sony 300 S Blu-ray player, and they are both excellent blu-ray players. However, I love my new Samsung 1400 BD it can decode DTS HD sound, and it makes for a wonderful movie watching experience. The first thing a new owner should do is go to samusung.com and download the latest firmware update (it is a fast simple process). There are also instructions on the owner's manual that explains how to update the player. I have watched the latest Blu-ray releases from Fox, Disney, Sony, etc. and the picture/sound quality is outstanding. Very pleased with the product.

!±8± How to choose the best HD camcorder

Today's world of cameras will be a lot of new, modern and most modern high-definition camcorders boast. In fact, if you are looking for the best HD camcorder, you have to go through many reviews, comparisons, and yet lost the sense in everything.

The thought that is more likely with a weight of today's recording media, characteristics, and of course the price. Some characteristics of a high definition camcorder, the video resolution, optical zoom, face detection, digitalImage stabilizer, manual and auto focus, night mode recording and enhanced color grading among others.

The camera with a higher resolution to produce crisp, clear images and video. Optical zoom, however, lets you, the motive, without zooming quality. If a camera has a 10x optical zoom, then what it really means is, you can incorporate into your design up to 10 times the normal zoom range and still get the same qualityOutput.

The award aims to recognize human faces and you can concentrate in the set frame of the camera. He tells the camera for optimum exposure and other settings to zero and choose a topic to give you a clear and focused precision video.

The digital image stabilizer is ideal for shooting handheld, because it eliminates the shaking of the video. This, however, also reduces the quality of the image, creating a pixel, the image grainy looking.

Manual Focus Modeallows you to adjust the focus of the camera. Some cameras have a discreet, able to select predetermined values, while others focus rings, which gives you much more control to have the camera set the focus. In contrast, the autofocus of the camera can automatically adjust the settings, it would be for those who are not familiar or comfortable working with fiddling with the settings.

Night recording mode is a very useful technology that lets you shoot video in low orDarkness. Having the quality of the video, but would be built largely on the manner in which the night-mode technology, the camera has HD is. If the capacity of the night mode is low, then it would be low or video pixels or video in slow motion, or both to produce.

The most essential consideration when getting an HD camcorder is to determine what type of format you want your video to be recorded. You also have the option of mini-DV cassettes, DVD orLevel, state media such as memory cards or hard drives. Each has its advantages.

Mini-DV tapes can simply replace it and it is also easy to modify. Although it often takes a little 'time to transfer to a computer. Alternatively clean with the DVD is a good choice if you're here, to share the video with your friends and are not afflicted with the modification of them. This is because the format used for this type of memory often difficult to manipulate with a computer. On the otherHand, the state media is difficult for an HD camcorder if you do not want to be able to bring together bands and discs. It allows you to easily duplicate the recordings to a PC. The quality may not be as good as the Mini-DV though.

Finally, many HD cameras take pictures. You can change the resolution for the capture of still images, if you want to see a good digital camera and camcorder in one unit.

It can have many features an HD camcorder quite confused, and sometimesintimidating. It 'a fact, however, that not a single camera can have all the best features. Therefore, if you choose the best HD camcorder, it is important to remember better what would be used first. Their priority is to carefully and then for the best that most of the features that you are looking for.

Digital piano keyboards

!±8± Digital piano keyboards

Digital piano keyboards are usually smaller than the acoustic piano. Usually you have the keys to 88 keys of 20 and 4-5 to 8-9 eighth eighth. Most people prefer to buy these because they are portable and they have to say different variations or modifications of sounds.

The keys are smaller than the acoustic piano, which facilitates the management of keys. The housing of the device also takes up little space compared to the acoustic piano and also come in differentMeasurements per person. Compared to the acoustic piano digital piano is cheap and allows you to use a USB connection, connect to a computer and connect to the MIDI format, sometimes even on the computer.

In a digital keyboard you have a few things you need, because it is expensive to see. We need to fully test the instrument before paying for it. Things like the speaker, chords, sound control, external agreements, the volume control, headphone output. Shouldalso check that the work is not the function of each key, as some keys correctly, so be sure to see and play, all the necessary buttons and keys. Some pianos have quality cheap and there are some off notes, you can also buy the time to question what you see is the money to pay. There is nothing wrong with paying a little 'more for better quality and long life.

There are many manufacturers on the market, ie, Casio, Yamaha, Roland, Korg, Kawai, Suzuki, Ketron,Kurzweil, vegetables, etc. Casio is the first and economically, and the Company is the best of Roland digital piano keyboards. Yamaha is considered the most popular. Korg is up and are cheaper, but not on the quality of Yamaha and Roland. Kawai Keybaord are light and has a fabulous sound effects. Gem Keyboards are very visible, but do not have the quality and sound quality. Ketron Keyboards are much more expensive, but they are good. Suzuki is notare of good quality. Kurzweil is also a good sound effect.

The six advantages over acoustic piano, these are the digital piano's keyboard is accessible by many as the acoustics very expensive, the piano keyboard is portable, has a different sound variations, such as the harmonica, guitar, can play drums, strings, vibraphone, bass, etc. The digital piano's keyboard or USB-MIDI system must connect to your computer. There is no trouble for the neighbors to use as one of the possibleHeadphones and listen to their game and, finally, and above all, the digital piano's keyboard does not require any tuning of the key, because it is digital, there is no possibility of tone-setting changed, but the acoustic tuning requirements pianos performed once every 2 years.

Finally, the difference between the digital piano and acoustic piano, acoustic piano hammers and strings that should sound. If the keys are pressed, the hammer strikes the strings to sound, play sound delayTime, but also has a digital sensor is a digital piano keyboard and the sounds are transmitted to an amplifier and speakers, and you can adjust the volume control from the bottom up.
